It’s not like you face it once and you are done, you find that you face the dark side all of the time. Sometimes it’s easy to resist the call. Sometimes you don’t realize that the dark side is reaching out for you until it’s too late. Master Li warned all of his students about the dark side of the force. He mentioned that it was an easier path, quicker. He said that the only real way to know what is the right choice is when you are at peace. When you are calm. Only then will you understand the nature of your situation and know the difference from the light and the dark. This is why The Jedi Code mentions emotion. “There is no emotion, there is peace.”
