	Yanna sneered at me when I talked about love, compassion, mercy, forgiveness. In her mind she saw those traits as weakness. But Yanna did not kill all of us. She showed restraint against Haslevlat. She showed me mercy. Perhaps most surprising, she left me a gift. The package she left on board. The package that waited outside of the bacta tank. Inside was Jedi Master Tarassi's medallion. The one that was created for him when he became a Jedi Knight. Yanna wanted me to have this medallion. The last thing she had from her father. She left it for me. To celebrate my becoming a Jedi Knight? To keep in trust for Yanna? Because Yanna wanted me to have this to remember her by? Perhaps for all of these reasons. I will have to ask her when I next encounter Yanna. For there will be a next time. The Yanna that I knew is not completely gone. I believe there is a small space inside Yanna where the Light Side of the Force remains. Just like on Shinning Moon Major and Minor where one side reigned supreme, there was always a spot where the opposite side of the force reigned strong. Just as I keep watch for my own manifestation of the Dark Side, to keep it from taking over. If I can find a way to reach Yanna, perhaps I can fan that tiny candle of light into a fire. Time will tell.
