Muttering to herself she collected the discarded garments and gathered them into respective piles before forcing the gentleman's into the incinerator. She then slapped the collision alarm as she stepped out the main hatch, sounding a very loud klaxon just before the door hissed shut behind her.

The SAGroup meeting was almost deserted, the liaison officer introduced her before politely explaining that even though the loss of Alderaan was clearly the doing of the Rebellion, several groups had been reacting violently against the garrison and found young uniformed officers in training to be susceptible targets. Three had already been hospitalized and several rallies had been postponed. Still it gave her a chance to compare notes with the other cadets to gain an idea of what was going on locally, after of course filtering it through propaganda and halfspeak.

Stopping off on the way back to the platform, Rel changed out of her uniform and quickly tucked it away, pulling on her coverall and jacket and trying to look like just another Deck rat. Picking up a few odds and ends from the Spaceport shops she walked onto platform four to be greeted by the most surprising sight. A small Corellian Freighter was sitting in the spot the Deaf Pedestrian should have been. A rapid collection of emotions flooded through Rel as she stood frozen to the spot. Abandonment, fear, anger, sorrow and loneliness being the strongest but to limit herself to that would have been unfair. She was a moment from tears when she noticed Var sitting on a metal crate buckling on her distinctively colored armor. It could easily be said that Rel had not been that happy to see her older sister since she had been saddled with the responsibility of taking care of her.
