The solders were very very good at their job. They started to take out the rest of the crew. Then the admiral appeared and everything changed. Maybe that should be "The Admiral." The Imperials seemed to know him. Whatever was going on, the fight was over. We hadn't won... but neither did the Imperials. And we still had our ship.

The Admiral invited the commando's (I learned their name!) onboard the ship. And kept them there. Slipping instinctively into a variety of roles befitting our relationship to the admiral we managed to keep the peace and exit the ship. The plan was to fly back to the Imperial ship and figure out what they were up to. And that was about it. The Admiral wanted a bit of a backup plan. Can't say I blame him.
