The next morning (after some sleep, not sure where I slept that night) she apologized for talking so long and asked if there was something she could do to make it up. So I asked her to help me learn to shoot.

And that's how I've spend my time. Cooking, serving food, tending to the wounded. Learning how to fight (and how many different muscles I can bruise or make sore) learning how to shoot, and occasionally catching some sleep.

As I'm finishing this off, I hear Var coming over the ships intercom. Oh... well... this should make the rest of the flight interesting.

Better set this down and see how bad the damage is.
