Harper Heavy Tank
Designed in 3017 by the Lyran weapons firm Sharpe Limited as a cheap alternative to 'mech garrisons, the Harper Heavy Tank has begun fulfilling its roll admirably. The simple, yet sturdy, design has led to few breakdowns, even in the most extreme of climates. Envisioned to slug it out with small to medium 'mechs, the Harper Heavy can hold its own against larger targets for limited periods of time thanks to the massive AC/20 in the well-armored turret. The Harper is beginning to create a small name for itself on less-prominent worlds, and Sharpe Ltd. is expanding its current production lines on Milton to meet the expected demand of 3028.
